KKPM Strategic Partners is a DBA of The KKPM Perspective LLC, a strategic consulting firm operated by Kristine A. Rawls. I provide fractional executive leadership, project management, strategic consulting, and related services to small businesses, solo founders, and growing teams.

When you fill out a contact form, meeting request, or initial consultation booking on this site, I may collect:

You are never required to provide more information than necessary to respond to your inquiry. I do not collect payment information through this website.

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data, including:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• General geographic location (country and region — not your precise location)

• How you arrived at the site (search engine, direct link, referral)

IP addresses are anonymized before being stored. I do not use this data to personally identify you.

Netlify (form processing and hosting)

Cal.com (appointment scheduling)

If you book an initial consultation through the scheduling widget on this site, your name and email are processed by Cal.com to create and confirm the appointment. View Cal.com's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Analytics data is anonymized and aggregated — it is not used to identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. View Google's Privacy Policy.

Contact form submissions are retained in Netlify's dashboard until manually deleted. I retain your information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and determine whether to proceed with an engagement. If no engagement follows, your information is not retained beyond that initial conversation.

For active clients, information shared during an engagement is retained in accordance with my Master Services Agreement and applicable legal requirements.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal information I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for any use of your information at any time
